Jason’s dad first took him squirrel hunting when he was 8 years old. It was then that his passion for hunting was born. As time passed he moved on to other game however it wasn’t until he was 30 years old that he went turkey hunting for the first time and this has been his passion since. In 2015 Jason placed second in his first turkey calling contest. He has called and placed in other contests in the southeast and continues to be an active competition caller.

Jason and his wife Chasity make their home in Laurinburg, NC with their four children, Blake, Will, Wes, and Megan. Jason’s go-to calls are The Real Hen cherry box call, the Scott Ellis Signature Series mouth call, and the Copper Head II.
