For over 25 years, Mike Pentecost has been a leading force of nature for conservation, integrity, and American ingenuity. We are proud to celebrate Woodhaven’s 25th anniversary, and to look forward to the incredibly bright future ahead. We at Woodhaven are grateful to both the leadership that Mike has given us and the industry itself. There is no one else like Mike Pentecost, and the world is a better place for him.
Mike is a member of the Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame, which honored him last year with his induction, and is also an inductee of the National Bowhunter Education Foundation Hall of fame. Mike was recently featured on the Hunting Public’s Podcast and also the Sportsmen’s Empire podcast where he discussed the nature of conservation and hunting, as well as being featured by The Southern Outdoorsmen YouTube show, being hailed as an “absolute wealth of turkey knowledge.”
Throughout Woodhaven’s commitment to excellence, as inspired by Mike himself, Woodhaven has received numerous awards for the quality of product and service to the community. In February of 2023, Woodhaven received the National Award for Excellence from the National Wild Turkey Federation.
Over the years, Mike has been featured by NWTFOnline, John in the Wild, Hunter’s Hollow, Halo Waterfowl, Dave Smith Decoys, Perception, Old Gobbler, GobblerNation, SCHEELS Outdoors, Mack’s Prairie Wings, Whitney’s Hunting Supply, DSD Hunting, and more. Not including all of the awards that Mike and his family have won as actual turkey callers themselves.
