Curtis Parker

Waldo, FL

Curtis is 29 years old, raised in Waldo, a small town in North Central Florida, by his stepdad, who is to blame for Curtis’s obsession with the outdoors at a young age. Harvesting his first deer at the age of seven and his first long beard the following year, Curtis has been addicted ever since. Although he is an avid bowhunter come fall, no deer can ever consume his mind like a wild turkey can. In his years of chasing the king of spring, Curtis has found success in multiple states with the goal of completing 49. The art of this game we play chasing these ol’ Toms is something special.

Curtis found a passion for guiding and introducing others to what he loves doing most with his local NWTF Chapter Youth Hunt. He prides himself on educating the youth about hunting, calling, and sportsmanship. He enjoys being behind the call more than the gun because teaching future generations about the sport and calling in someone’s first turkey is far more rewarding. He is proud to be a part of the WoodHaven Prostaff, a family that shares the same passion for the outdoors as he does! His go to calls are Cherry Classic Crystal, The Talon and Ninja Slate.
